Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include taxes where relevant (VAT). VAT may be deducted for customers in the Channel Islands only if both billing and shipping addresses are within the Channel Islands.
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed either by PayPal or Shopify (Shop Pay). Payment is taken at the point of purchase. If we are unable to fulfil your order you will be notified and either an alternative item or a refund will be processed. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Whilst the stock you see on our site is in stock, occasionally we have stock discrepancies and therefore all items offered on our website are subject to availability. Your order to us demonstrates that you intend to purchase a product. The purchase is accepted by us when we send an e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you.

Shipping charges for returns are not free of charge unless there is a proven fault with the item/s or if we have made an error in packing.
Discount codes/gift vouchers
Discounts/discount codes/gift vouchers have to be applied at the point of purchase and may not be applied retrospectively. It is not possible to combine discounts. Gift certificates may not be extended beyond their original expiry date and must be used within the original time period in order to be valid.
