B2B Returns Policy
Returns Procedure
Faulty Goods
Our return rate for faulty manufactured goods is very low, however, we do get some returns and we would ask that you follow either one of the procedures outlined below.
PLEASE NOTE: If you receive a return from a customer and you are unsure as to whether it is a manufacturing fault or not, we would ask for you to contact us immediately before crediting the consumer so that we may make the decision regarding the fault.
Option 1
Please email a photo of the faulty item to returns@manbi.com. Advise the fault, the product name, size and colour. Do not post the item back to us without contacting us first.
If you have a company returns reference number, please quote it so we may add it to our database.
We will raise a returns reference. If we need to receive the item back we will advise you otherwise we will aim to replace the item either straightaway or with your next order. If a replacement is not available then we will credit the product.
Should we need to see the item we may ask you to return it by post (the item must be clearly labelled with the returns number). Please note we will only credit postage costs to the value of 2nd class recorded.
Option 2
Please mark up a box with MANBI FAULTY RETURNS. Towards the end of the season (ideally by the end of February) or if the box is full please ring 01787 881144 and speak to the returns department for a returns number. Please advise weight and dimensions of the box and we will arrange to collect the box
Please make sure each item is clearly marked with the fault and a list of the faulty items is included in the box as well as the returns number being written on the paperwork.
We will check each item and endeavour to repair or replace it before we offer a credit. We will always try to send the repaired/replaced items with your next delivery which may be the next season.
Please note the following are not considered manufacturing faults:-
Leaking Snowboots – Those boots without a tex membrane are not waterproof/water resistant and water can enter the boot where the upper is stitched to the sole unit and above. Generally the outer fabric of the upper is of a water repellent nature and would therefore give good resistance to snow and light showers. Snow Boots with a Olantex membrane are fitted with a water resistant liner, however due to the construction of the boots they are not 100% waterproof and should not be submerged in water.
If an item has been worn and is returned for having marks on it, this item can not be credited.
Torn luggage, where there is a rip or cut in the fabric (not the seam) this is not considered a manufacturing fault, this is generally caused by incorrect luggage handling and the consumer should be making the claim through their insurance not their retailer.
SALICE EYEWEAR
Salice eyewear has a two year warranty, a proof of purchase, photo and ultimately the returned faulty item will be required before a credit or replacement can be given.
Delivery Discrepancy
Any notification of a discrepancy must be communicated to the office within 7 days of delivery.
The discrepancy will be investigated and if the discrepancy is a clear Manbi error we will resolve the problem at our cost.
